Factors leading to disruption of the normal intestinal microflora are numerous. Dysbacteriosis is formed in most patients with acute intestinal infections due to the influence of pathogenic microorganisms on the normal flora and ecology of the intestine, the use of antibacterial drugs (antibiotics and sulfonamides), which suppress not only pathogenic, but also normal intestinal microflora, is not always justified. The development of dysbacteriosis is promoted by stress, malnutrition, endocrine disorders, ionizing radiation and a decrease in immunological reactivity. The causes of dysbacteriosis can be diseases of the stomach, occurring with a decrease in the secretion of the pancreas, liver, kidneys, malignant neoplasms, impaired peristalsis, in particular stasis in the large intestine. Currently, intestinal dysbacteriosis is considered not as a primary disease, but as a consequence or complication of some other pathology. Dysbacteriosis is not a disease, but it can have clinical consequences. These include: disorders of digestion and absorption of nutrients and trace elements, metabolism, secretion, permeability of the intestinal barrier, immunity, intestinal motility, reparative processes. Dysbioses are most often manifested by the suppression of lacto- and bifidobacteria and the expansion of the spectrum of opportunistic strains, their increased adhesion to the intestinal mucosa. With prolonged dysbiosis, inflammatory changes in the mucous membrane and damage to lipoproteins of intercellular membranes occur, forming tissue antigens. The increased permeability of the intestinal barrier for protein macromolecules contributes to the development of allergic reactions, intolerance to certain foods. The main symptoms of intestinal dysbacteriosis are unstable stools (diarrhea or constipation, alternating diarrhea with constipation), bloating, and rumbling. Anemia, hypovitaminosis, osteoporosis, blood clotting disorder, hypoprotenemia are noted. Asthenoneurotic syndrome is characteristic, manifested by weakness, increased fatigue, decreased performance, sleep disturbance, and headache. There are monomicrobial forms of dysbiosis (staphylococcal, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Proteus). Only clinically significant and laboratory-confirmed cases of intestinal dysbacteriosis were selected as material for discussion. For comparison, 2 groups of children were selected: 1 — children who received probiotics from the pharmacy network as a treatment; 2 — children who received Vitabalance 3000 as a remedy. The first and second groups included children from 24 days to 14 years of age. Analysis of the effectiveness of Vitabalance 3000 was carried out according to the following indicators: 1. Disappearance of clinical manifestations. 2. Normalization of laboratory parameters. 3. Necessity and frequency of repeated courses. In addition, with a high degree of intestinal dysbacteriosis, the Green Magic cocktail, Echinacea (phytomicrospheres), Jerusalem Artichoke Flour were prescribed. These cases were not included in the table. The combination of these products significantly increases the efficiency and quality of treatment. There have been cases when Vitabalance 3000 was prescribed as a means of prophylaxis during antibiotic therapy. According to our observations, in one of the cases of antibiotic therapy in combination with Vitabalance 3000, clinical manifestations of dysbacteriosis did not develop. Thus, Vitabalance 3000 is an effective means of preventing and treating intestinal dysbacteriosis.
