Yoga for the face


Yoga for the face is a set of simple and effective exercises aimed at maintaining facial muscles in good shape.

Its popularity is quite natural: this system is not only beneficial for health and beauty, but also aimed at the spiritual development of a person.

We will give in this chapter only a few of the simplest exercises that help preserve the beauty and youth of the face.

Exercise 1. Hot ball

Take some air into your mouth to form a balloon. Smoothly move it in your mouth: under the right cheek, under the lower lip, under the left cheek, under the upper lip.

Take a short break. Then repeat these movements a few more times until you feel a strong warmth in the lips and cheeks.

The exercise prevents and reduces sagging of the cheeks, smoothes the wrinkles of the nasolabial triangle, and corrects the line of the chin.

Exercise 2. Fish pulled out of the water

As you inhale, open your mouth slowly and wide. Hold your breath in this position for a while. Then, as you exhale, close your lips.

Repeat the exercise 5-6 times.

The exercise strengthens and tightens the muscles of the lower face and neck.

Exercise 3. Monkey

Push your chin forward as far as you can and stay in this position for a few seconds. Then pull in your chin and freeze again. Then move your chin to the right, freeze again for a few seconds. Further — movement to the left, again stop. Move your jaw quickly left and right.

Repeat the exercise 3-4 times.

The exercise improves the oval of the face, removes the double chin, strengthens the muscles of the neck and cheeks.

Exercise 4. Lev

Yoga for the face

Open your mouth wide and stick your tongue out as far as possible and roll your eyes. Stay in this position for about a minute.

Exercise strengthens the muscles of the neck, removes the double chin.

Exercise 5. Smile

Smile and place your index fingers on the skin at the outer corners of your eyes. Use your fingers to push the skin under your eyes to the sides and at the same time try to close your eyes.

Alternately tense (when you close your eyes) and relax (when you open) your eye muscles 20 times.

This exercise helps to smooth out wrinkles in the corners of the eyes and helps to avoid sagging eyelids.

Exercise 6. Air kiss

Tilt your head back and purse your lips. Stretch your lips up and freeze for 15-20 seconds in this position, then return to the starting position.

Repeat the exercise 4 times.

Exercise strengthens the muscles of the cheeks and neck and makes the lips voluminous. Removes double chin, improves complexion.

Exercise 7. Rolling lips

Close your lips tightly so that they are in your mouth. Stay in this position for a few seconds, then relax your lips.

Repeat the exercise until you feel a pleasant warmth in your lips and cheeks.

Exercise 8. Smooth forehead

Without closing your eyes, completely relax your forehead muscles. Stay in this position for a few seconds, then relax your muscles.

Repeat the exercise several times.

Exercise prevents the appearance of transverse wrinkles on the forehead and bridge of the nose, prevents the eyebrows from dropping.

Exercise 9. The most beautiful

Yogis believe that thought is material, so our appearance largely depends on how we imagine ourselves. A simple and effective exercise will help us to verify this.

Choose a photo in which you really like yourself, and remember how you look in it. Several times a day, close your eyes and relax, imagine yourself in the state in which you were in the photo.

This exercise usually prevents the appearance of wrinkles above the upper lip and the drooping of the corners of the lips, and also restores the bright color of the lips.
