Mimic exercises for the eyes

[ad_1]

The skin around the eyes is one of the main indicators of age. And by performing special exercises for the tone of the eye muscles, you can easily “throw off” a dozen years

Exercise 1

When performing this exercise, small wrinkles around the eyes are smoothed out, the skin is strengthened, bags and blue circles under the eyes are reduced, swelling of the eyelids is prevented.

Technique:

1. Place your index fingers on the outer corners of the eyes (their pressure should be moderate) — where “chicken feet” form. The eyes are wide open.

2. Now try to lift the lower eyelid. It may not be noticeable at first. In this case, when probing the skin under the eyes with your middle finger, you should feel a seal — this means that the muscles of the eyelid are in a tense state.

Execution time: 15-20 seconds.

Repeat 3 times.

It is important:

While doing this exercise, relax your entire face, especially your forehead muscles.

Breathe slowly and measuredly.

Exercise 2

Thanks to the work of the muscles of the eyeball, this exercise, when performed regularly, allows you to visually enlarge the eyes.

Technique:

1. Press your index fingers to your eyebrows so that the fingertips are pointing at each other.

2. Without lifting your chin, slowly (at least 5 seconds) look up. At the top point, freeze and hold your gaze for another 5-10 seconds. Then close your eyes and relax (5-10 seconds).

3. Open your eyes and raise your eyes up again, stay in this position for 2-3 seconds, then slowly (within 5 seconds) lower them. At the bottom point, freeze and hold your gaze for another 2-3 seconds. Then close your eyes again and relax (5-10 seconds).

Repeat this exercise 3 times.

It is important:

The chin during the exercise must be in a stationary state.

If the pressure of the fingers on the eyebrows is not strong enough, wrinkles will appear on the forehead.

Exercise 3

This exercise is similar in its effect to exercise No. 2, and in addition, it develops the mobility of the eyeball.

Technique:

1. Press your index fingers to the eyebrows so that their ends meet in the middle of the forehead.

2. Open your eyes as wide as possible, then slowly move your eyes from left to right, and then from right to left.

3. Perform 5 movements to the right and left, then close your eyes and relax.

Repeat this exercise 3 times.

It is important:

If the fingers do not press the eyebrows hard enough, wrinkles can appear on the forehead.

For best results, keep your eyes wide open.

Exercise 4

This exercise also involves the muscles of the eyeball. With its regular performance, the eyes visually enlarge and almost all the muscles in the eye area are strengthened.

Technique:

1. Press the index fingers to the eyebrows so that the tips of the fingers are directed to the middle of the forehead, bend the remaining fingers back so as not to limit the field of view during the exercise.

2. Lower your gaze to the lowest point on the left and freeze in this position for 5 seconds. Then slowly (within 5 seconds), all the time, looking to the left, raise your gaze to the highest point and again freeze in this position for 5 seconds.

3. Now slowly move your gaze to the extreme upper point on the right and freeze in this position for 5 seconds. Then smoothly (5 seconds) lower your gaze, moving it along the extreme right side, to the lowest point and again freeze in this position for 5 seconds

4. Then close your eyes and relax (for 5-10 seconds).

Repeat this exercise 3 times.

It is important:

The pressure of the fingers should be strong enough so that wrinkles do not appear on the forehead.

Do not limit the range of motion, otherwise the effectiveness of the exercise will decrease.

Blink your eyes every time you need to.

Exercise 5

This exercise helps to strengthen the muscles of the upper eyelid, making them more elastic. The exercise involves the circumferential muscle of the eye.

Technique:

1. Place your index fingers with the back of your eyebrows. Place your thumbs on the upper eyelids so that their ends are directed towards each other and towards the middle of the face. The pressure on the upper eyelid should be somewhat weaker, the pressure on the eyebrows should be stronger.

2. Open your eyes against the resistance of your thumbs.

Execution time: 2 seconds.

Repeat this exercise 12-15 times.

It is important:

When you have mastered this exercise well, change the emphasis of thumb pressure on the eyelid from the nose towards the temple.

Avoid very strong thumb pressure on the eyes.
