How to prevent skin aging
These simple facial treatments will not only help prevent early aging of the skin of the face, but also improve its health and appearance.
Even if you are still young, and your skin radiates health and beauty, and thoughts of old age seem to be something far and unreal, you should nevertheless regularly perform firming pats — at any age they are a real elixir of youth for the skin of the face.
- apply a layer of cream on the face;

Do not aim for the skin to turn red immediately. The blood vessels will strengthen over time, and the blows can become stronger.

- shoulders are relaxed;
- the whole body feels heavy;
