Vacuum cleaning: procedure

The vacuum cleaning procedure is carried out using a special apparatus that has a vacuum nozzle. The principle is that air circulates inside the nozzle with back pressure (does not press on the skin, but attracts it to itself). Due to this, dirt and blockages are pulled out of the pores during vacuum cleaning.

With the correct procedure, the vacuum is preceded by the following steps:

• cleansing
• vaporization
• desincrustation

cleansing

Skin cleansing is carried out through the use of various products (foams, gels, etc.). Cleansing is a necessary step, because. during cleaning, the skin becomes “defenseless”, which means it is open to any germs and infections.

Vaporization

The procedure consists in irrigating the skin with steam in order to open the pores. This step is necessary because the wider the pores open, the easier and deeper they are to be cleaned by means of vacuum cleaning.

Sometimes vaporization is replaced by various masks and other means that also help to expand the pores of the skin of the face.

Desincrustation

In a general sense, the deincrustation procedure involves cleansing the skin with the help of a direct electric current.

In the context of using the procedure as a stage of vacuum cleaning, it should be noted that this effect helps to expand severely narrowed pores and brings excess sebum to the surface.

After passing through these stages, the vacuum nozzle is used directly. Movements are performed along circular axes. Periodically during the procedure, the nozzle must be washed in a disinfectant composition. After the entire surface of the face has been treated, a light peeling is performed (to remove the stratum corneum of the skin). The next step is to apply a mask that narrows open pores and moisturizes the skin.

Vacuum cleaning refers to «soft». The traumatic effect is minimized. It is much less painful than, for example, mechanical cleaning. But it should also be noted that this procedure is rather superficial.

The duration of the procedure (without preparatory and final stages) is 10-20 minutes. If all stages are taken into account, the duration increases to 90 minutes.

Vacuum cleaning is recommended to be combined with other types of cleaning. And do it once a month.

Vacuum cleaning: action on the skin of the face

Vacuum cleaning promotes exfoliation of keratinized skin. Stimulates blood flow to the skin. With regular use, it reduces the risk of comedones and acne, normalizes the work of the sebaceous glands.

The skin becomes toned. The surface becomes more velvety, soft and uniform. Elasticity increases.

Indications

The main indications include:

• skin contamination
• increased oiliness of the skin
• enlarged pores
• minor skin imperfections
• decreased skin tone

Contraindications

Strict contraindications include:

• acute inflammatory processes
• deep pimples or blackheads
• chronic dermatoses
• rosacea
• couperose
• tone leather
