Mask No. 1

Step 1. Mash with a fork or chop in a blender a tablespoon of black and red (parichka) currants and a tablespoon of gooseberries. Stir.

Step 2. Add 2 tablespoons of flour to the berry mass. Stir until flour lumps are completely dissolved.

Step 3. Add a tablespoon of heavy cream to the resulting mixture. Stir.

Step 4 Apply the mask to your fingers and nails. Put on cotton gloves. Leave the mask on for 1-1.5 hours. Remove the seals and rinse your hands with warm water. Apply moisturizer.

Treatment cycle: The mask should be done 2-3 times a week. Duration 3 weeks.

Result: Nails become dense and elastic. The yellowish tint is gone.

Mask No. 2

Step 1. Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a steam bath to a temperature slightly above room temperature.

Step 2 Squeeze out the lemon juice. Pass through a sieve or cheesecloth.

Step 3. Mix oil and a teaspoon of lemon juice. Add a couple of drops of vitamin A (available in pharmacies) to the mixture.

Step 4. Apply the mask to the entire brush and nails. Put on cotton gloves. Leave the mask on for 30 minutes. Remove the seals and rinse your hands with warm water. It is advisable not to use soap. After the mask, it is not necessary to use a nourishing cream.

Treatment cycle: The mask should be done 1-2 times a week. Duration 4 weeks.

Result: Nails become elastic, stop crumbling and exfoliating. The skin of the hands becomes moisturized and well-groomed. The cuticle looks neat, burrs appear less often.

Mask No. 3

Step 1. Heat 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil (olive, sunflower or any other) in a steam bath. As in the previous recipe, the oil should not be heated too much so as not to burn yourself.

Step 2. Prepare the mixture by mixing a tablespoon of dried chamomile flowers and lime blossom (sold in pharmacies).

Step 3. Pour the herbal mixture with warm oil and let it brew for an hour. And then again heat on a steam bath to room temperature.

Step 4. Apply warm oil to the hands and gently massage into the nails and cuticles with massage movements. Put on cotton gloves and leave the mask on for 20 minutes. Wash off with warm water without using soap. There is no need for cream after this mask.

Treatment cycle: It is recommended to do the mask 2 times a week. Duration 3 weeks. In the future, as a preventive measure, make a mask once a week.

Result: Nails become thicker. They become stronger and more elastic. They don’t crumble. The skin of the hands is hydrated. Inflammation and irritation go away.

Mask No. 4

Step 1. Prepare an infusion of herbs. To do this, pour a tablespoon of dried chamomile flowers, a tablespoon of dry mint and a teaspoon of dry nettle with a glass of boiling water. Insist 1.5-2 hours.

Step 2. Strain the infusion through a sieve or gauze. Add 2 tablespoons of flour. Stir until all lumps are dissolved.

Step 3. Add a teaspoon of olive oil to the resulting gruel. Mix thoroughly.

Step 4. Apply the mask to your fingers and nails. Put on cotton gloves and leave the mask on for 30-40 minutes. Wash off with warm water without using soap. After you can apply a nourishing cream.

Treatment cycle: The mask should be done 3 times a week. Result duration.

Result: Nails become smooth and even, stop peeling and breaking. Their growth is accelerating.

Mask No. 5

Step 1. Peel the tomato from the skin and pass through a sieve so that the pulp turns into a homogeneous slurry.

Step 2 Finely chop fresh nettles, dandelion stems and parsley. Mix a teaspoon of each type of chopped herb. Pound the mixture in a mortar to release the juice.

Step 3. Add the herbal mixture to the tomato pulp. Stir.

Step 4. Add a teaspoon of vaseline ointment to the mask (sold in pharmacies). Mix thoroughly.

Step 5. Apply the mask to your hands and nails. Put on cotton gloves and leave the mask on overnight. Wash off in the morning with warm water without using soap.

Treatment cycle: The mask should be done once a week. Duration 1 month.

Result: Nails are strengthened. They become thick and smooth. They stop crumbling. The skin of the hands becomes smooth and tender.
