Step 1. Finely chop the parsley. Pour 2 tablespoons of grass with 0.5 liters of boiling water.

Step 1. Finely chop the stems, leaves and roots of burdock. Pour 5 tablespoons of grass with 1 liter of boiling water.

Step 2. Boil the burdock for 10 minutes over low heat without boiling. Remove from heat and wrap the container in a towel. Insist 30-40 minutes.

Step 3. Strain the liquid through cheesecloth or a sieve.

Step 4. After washing your hair, dip your hair in a saucepan with warm burdock decoction. Hold for 10 minutes while doing a light scalp massage. Wipe your hair with a towel without washing off the decoction.

Result: Hair is strengthened, stop falling out, breaking. Get a strong shine and smoothness.

Rinse No. 3

Step 1. Collect fresh nettles. Grind it in a blender or pass through a meat grinder. Squeeze the juice from the resulting slurry through gauze.

Step 2. Mix half a glass of nettle juice with 0.5 liters of boiled chilled water.

Step 3. After washing your hair, rinse your hair with diluted nettle juice. Wrap your hair in a towel. Repeat the procedure after 15 minutes. Don’t rinse.

Result: Rinsing nourishes the hair. Strengthens hair follicles and stimulates hair growth. Gives hair a strong shine, makes them soft and manageable.

Step 1. Cut the peel from 2 large apples and pour 0.5 liters of boiling water over them. Put on low heat for 10 minutes.

Step 2. Squeeze the juice from one apple, pass it through a sieve.

Step 3. Cool the decoction of apple peel, pass through a sieve and mix with juice.

Step 4. After washing, rinse your hair with apple water. Rub some liquid into the hair roots as well. Don’t rinse.

Result: Hair acquires a pleasant soft sheen. They become pliable, hold styling well.

Rinse No. 5

Step 1. Squeeze out the lemon juice and pass it through cheesecloth.

Step 2. In the same way, prepare the juice of half a medium grapefruit. Mix 2 juices.

Step 3. Dilute the resulting juice with 1 liter of water.

Step 4. Rinse clean hair with diluted juice. Don’t rinse. Rinses can also be done between hair washing procedures (on dirty hair).

Result: Hair becomes friable, light. Get a strong shine. Rinsing is suitable for owners of oily blond hair, as the lemon slightly “dries” the hair and naturally highlights the strands.

Rinse No. 6

Step 1. Brew strong coffee (4-5 teaspoons of ground coffee per regular cezve). Strain the liquid through a sieve or cheesecloth.

Step 2. Dilute the resulting coffee with 0.5 liters of boiled water.

Step 3. Rinse clean hair with diluted coffee. Don’t rinse.

Result: Hair becomes shiny, strengthened. They become smooth and silky. Rinsing is suitable for owners of dark hair, as it gives the hair a pleasant rich chocolate shade.

Rinse No. 7

Step 1 Brew strong tea (2 teaspoons of leaves per 300 ml of water). Let it brew for 30 minutes. Strain through cheesecloth.

Step 2. Dilute the tea with 0.5 liters of boiled water. Add a few drops of lemon juice.

Step 3. Rinse clean hair with diluted tea. Don’t rinse.

Result: Hair follicles are strengthened. Hair becomes silky and soft. Easy to comb. Depending on the type of tea, it gives a pleasant shade to the hair. For fair-haired people, white or green tea is suitable, for dark-haired people — black.

If, however, you are critically short of time to prepare decoctions and infusions, then rinse your hair with “soft water”. To do this, just boil water, or add a couple of drops of vinegar per liter of water.

Also, do not forget about the contrast shower for the hair, which must be completed with a cold rinse. As a result, the hair scales close, and the curls become smooth and shiny.
