Clay masks for mature skin
Blue Clay Mask No. 1
Step 1. Dilute 1 tablespoon of yellow clay with milk until the consistency of sour cream. Mix thoroughly to avoid lumps.
Step 2. Add 1 teaspoon of chopped mint and 2-3 drops of mint oil to the resulting mass. Stir.
Step 3. Apply the mask to your face and neck. Keep it on for 15-20 minutes and then rinse with warm water.

Step 3. Mix the clay mass with grape puree.
Step 4. Apply the mask on the face and neck. Keep it on for 15-20 minutes and then rinse with warm water.

Blue Clay Mask No. 3
Step 1. Mix 1 tablespoon each of peppermint leaves, rosemary herb, sage, chamomile flowers. Pour 1 teaspoon of the dry mixture with 1 glass of hot water (80-90 degrees). Leave to infuse for 20 minutes. Strain.
Step 2. Dilute 1 tablespoon of blue clay with a small amount of infusion to the consistency of sour cream.
Step 3. Apply the mask to your face and neck. Keep it on for 15 minutes and then rinse with warm water.
Result: Mature facial skin becomes hydrated, supple and soft, collagen production is stimulated.
Pink Clay Mask
Step 1. Wipe a small tomato through a sieve, having previously peeled it.
Step 2. Mix 1 tablespoon of tomato puree and 1 tablespoon of pink clay. Mix thoroughly to avoid the formation of lumps.
Step 3. Add 1 teaspoon of cream to the resulting mass. Stir.
Step 3. Apply the mask to your face and neck. Keep it on for 10-15 minutes and then rinse with warm water.

yellow clay mask
Step 1. Dilute 1 tablespoon of yellow clay with milk until the consistency of sour cream. Mix thoroughly to avoid lumps.
Step 2. Add 1 tablespoon of almond oil to the resulting mass. Stir.
Step 3. Apply the mask to your face and neck. Keep it on for 15-20 minutes and then rinse with warm water.

Honey masks for mature skin
If the honey has hardened, then do not dilute it with water. From this, the concentration of nutrients will decrease. It is better to heat it in a water bath.
Honey mask with vitamins
Step 1. Mix 2 tablespoons of honey and 1 teaspoon of cottage cheese. Knead until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
Step 2. Add 2-3 drops of vitamin A and 3-4 drops of vitamin E to the resulting mass (vitamins can be bought at pharmacies). Stir.
Step 3. Apply the mask to your face and neck. Keep it on for 15-20 minutes and then rinse with warm water.
Result: Mature facial skin becomes moisturized, elastic, the feeling of tightness disappears, small mimic wrinkles are smoothed out.
Honey mask with pomegranate juice
Step 1. Mix 2 tablespoons of honey and 2 tablespoons of pomegranate juice (exclusively freshly squeezed). Knead until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
Step 2. Add a little oatmeal to the resulting mass for density. Stir.
Step 3. Apply the mask to your face and neck. Keep it on for 15-20 minutes and then rinse with warm water.
Result: Mature skin of the face comes into tone, becomes elastic, acquires a fresh, healthy look.
Honey mask with banana and avocado
Step 1. Grind banana and avocado pulp separately in a blender.
Step 2: Mix together 1 tablespoon of mashed banana, 1 tablespoon of mashed avocado and 2 tablespoons of honey.
Step 3. Add 1 whipped protein and 1 teaspoon of olive oil to the resulting mass. Stir until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
Step 4. Apply the mask on the face and neck. Keep it on for 15-20 minutes and then rinse with warm water.

Flaxseed mask with vitamins
