Masks based on fruits and berries for normal skin
Grapefruit mask
Step 1. Peel the grapefruit pulp from films and skins. Mash with a wooden spatula until a paste is obtained.
Step 2. In the resulting mass, add 1 tablespoon of oatmeal and 1 tablespoon of milk. Mix thoroughly so that there are no lumps.
Step 3. Apply the mask to your face and neck. Keep it on for 10-15 minutes and then rinse with warm water.
Result: Normal facial skin becomes moisturized and tender, acquires a healthy look.
Apricot mask
Step 1. Peel and pit two or three medium apricots. Mash the flesh with a wooden spatula until pureed.
Step 2. In the resulting mass, add 1 teaspoon of sour cream and 1 teaspoon of oatmeal. Stir.
Step 3. Apply the mask to your face and neck. Keep it on for 10-15 minutes and then rinse with warm water.
Result: Normal facial skin becomes smooth, blood flow and metabolic processes in tissues are activated, complexion improves.
Kiwi mask
Step 1. Peel the kiwi from the skin. Mash with a wooden spatula until a paste is obtained. Sift through a sieve to get rid of the seeds.
Step 2. Add 1 teaspoon of oatmeal to the resulting puree. Stir.
Step 3. Apply the mask to your face and neck. Keep it on for 10-15 minutes and then rinse with cool water.
Result: Normal facial skin becomes clean, uniform, smooth, minor imperfections and inflammations are dried.
Also, to nourish normal skin, make persimmon or mountain ash compresses. To prepare a compress, wipe the fruit through a sieve. Put the gruel on gauze and apply to the skin of the face and neck. On average, the procedure lasts 15-20 minutes. Wash with softened water afterwards.
Vegetable-based masks for normal skin
Tomato mask
Step 1: Peel a small tomato. Pass through a sieve and remove the seeds.
Step 2. Add 1 teaspoon of cottage cheese to the resulting puree. Knead.
Step 3. Add 1 teaspoon of olive oil (it is better to use unrefined oil) and 1 teaspoon of oatmeal to the resulting mass. Stir.
Step 4. Apply the mask on the face and neck. Keep it on for 15-20 minutes and then rinse with cool water.
Result: Normal facial skin becomes matte, brightened, blood circulation in the tissues is stimulated.
Zucchini mask
Step 1. Grate a piece of zucchini pulp (approximately 50 grams) on a fine grater. Step 2. Add 1 teaspoon of honey and 1 teaspoon of mineral water with gas to the resulting gruel. Mix as quickly as possible.
Step 3. Apply the mask to your face and neck. Keep it on for 10-15 minutes and then rinse with warm water.
Result: Normal facial skin becomes soft, fresh, metabolic processes in tissues are activated.
Potato mask
Step 1 Boil 1 medium sized potato tuber in their skins. Remove the skin and mash into a puree.
Step 2. Add 1 beaten yolk and 1 teaspoon of milk. Mix thoroughly.
Step 3. Apply the mask on the face and neck while still warm in a thick layer. Hold for 10 minutes, and then rinse first with warm and then cool water.
Result: Normal facial skin becomes velvety and soft, sebaceous secretions are regulated, pores are cleansed.
Masks based on sour-milk and dairy products for normal facial skin
Cottage cheese-almond mask
Step 1. Grind a tablespoon of almond kernels in a coffee grinder.
Step 2. Mix the almond mass and 1 tablespoon of cottage cheese. Stir.
Step 3. Add 1 teaspoon orange juice (freshly squeezed) and 1 teaspoon almond oil (can be substituted with olive oil). Stir.
Step 4. Apply the mask on the face and neck. Keep it on for 15-20 minutes and then rinse with warm water.
Result: Normal facial skin is toned, moisturized, becomes soft, uniform, matte and healthy in color.
Milk mask with yeast and horseradish
Step 1. Dilute 2 tablespoons of dry yeast with a little milk until a thick, creamy mass is obtained.
Step 2. Add 1 tablespoon of grated horseradish. Stir.
Step 3. Apply the mask to your face and neck. Keep it on for 10-15 minutes and then rinse with warm water.
Result: Normal skin becomes soft, becomes dull, metabolic processes in tissues are activated, cell regeneration is stimulated.
Curd-salt mask
Step 1. Pound 2 tablespoons of cottage cheese and 1 tablespoon of low-fat sour cream until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
Step 2: Add 1 tablespoon of sea salt. Stir.
Step 3. Apply the mask to your face and neck. Hold for 10 minutes, and then rinse first with warm and then cool water.
Result: Normal skin is cleansed (peeling effect), becomes soft, metabolic processes in tissues are activated, skin color becomes healthy.
